This can be a long or short process depending on the situation! Best piece of advice is to remove yourself emotionally from the home, look at the home as if through the lens of a camera, and let's have a conversation about the suggestions I make for the home. I have resources for Estate Sale Companies, Landscapers, Cleaners, you name it, and I will assist in the coordination if needed! I'm not going to suggest remodeling kitchens or bathrooms but do suggest basic painting, cleaning and home repairs to make the home "Market Ready!"
